At Direct Savings, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel scheduled works. However, cancellations made at short notice can result in logistical and financial costs.

If you wish to cancel your scheduled works, please note the following:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will not incur any penalty fees.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total works cost.​

This policy is in place to cover administrative expenses, scheduling disruptions, and costs already incurred in preparation for the work.
