Use of our site.
By accessing any part of our site, you agree to accept and to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed within.
This applies to all public pages directly linked to the site itself as well as specified login areas designated accordingly.
Access to the site is limited to pages that are explicitly linked from the homepage. Any access or attempted access to pages other than those detailed will be deemed unauthorised access and potential breach of the computer misuse act. You may be denied access to the site with future access restricted for any reason inclusive of when it is our belief that you have not complied with these conditions or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are misusing the site and its contents.
We have the right to amend the contents, alter and add information which will appear on the site.
Accessibility.
We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the site is accessible from a range of systems and browsers, however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access the site and all of its contents. Customer Feedback
Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of service to our customers and if there is any area in which you are not completely satisfied we would like to hear from you with relevant feedback from which we will look to improve. We do everything we can to offer our customers the best services and products available through our network. If there are any issues we will react accordingly and remediate issues where necessary.
How to Lodge a Complaint:
You can make your complaint in whatever form is most convenient to you. You can telephone and speak to the appropriate member of staff. Alternatively you can write to, fax or email the Complaints Administrator.
If you telephone us, the complaint will be logged. Whoever takes your call will attempt to resolve the issue for you. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive at this stage you can submit a formal complaint in writing.
If your complaint is in writing (including fax or email) we will acknowledge it by return and pass it to the appropriate staff member for action. If your complaint cannot be resolved by the person initially dealing with it, it will be directed to the relevant senior member of staff.
It is our intention that complaints will be responded to within seven working days. If a full response cannot be given within seven working days (e.g. when a matter is very complex or where we have to consult a third party on the matter) you will be informed of the progress being made with your complaint.
The Managing Director accepts full responsibility for effective complaints handling.
In all cases we will treat your correspondence in strict confidence, with fairness and objectivity

Where we provide links to external sites, we do not endorse any products or services advertised by them. The use of the links will be at your own risk and we will accept no responsibility or liability for the content, security, use or performance of these sites. We have not checked or verified the content of any site other than our own.

Governing Law
English Law governs these conditions and you agree that the English Court will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any matter or dispute arising out of this site and these conditions.
